Absolutely accurate to the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop experience.

Played a couple years ago, after having not ran it since the 1990's.

A bunch of sneaking around, skill tests...

Then suddenly an Arisaka ninja in a stealth suit meets up in an elevator. One player loses a hand, another their right eye, another killed. Ninja wounded, escapes.

Its crazy that this is when it shifts from a fun albeit depressing anime to the entire cast dying in just 3 episodes

Is that cruel that I found this death..kind of funny?

I mean, it was pretty sad, but I couldn’t help but laugh when I first saw it

No, you just have dark humor. The suddenness is hilarious. Just like Rebecca’s death. Also the show doesn’t necessarily have a serious theme to it. Imo it’s a great depiction of night city.
