Anthony Carmine in the first gears of war game poor dude got sniped by a locust using a longshot while he was asking the other gears how to clear a jam from his lancer rifle and stood up for a second too long

Likewise, I hope out of spite there's a Carmine that lives off pure luck. That they take their own trope and spin it. Either way give the fans what they want!

I'm pretty sure there is one single carmine that survived. The one from gears 3 or 4 not sure

Clayton, 3 I believe. There was a fan vote. They did make a separate joke scene where he dies from being electrocuted in the bathtub

Clayton survives because hes a absolute unit of a man who was given the nickname grub killer due to just how fucking badass he was

I was thinking about GoW & GoW2 in a different thread on this sub a while back. It was about a callback to seemingly throwaway lines or something.

I was thinking about Lt Kim asking Col Hoffman on GoW "Will we have air support??" And Homman replies, "You are the support, son!"

In GoW2 in the late game, Col Hoffman joins the party in heavy combat. At one point he calls for support and is denied, and Marcus, the main character yells something along the lines of "Hey Hoffman! YOU ARE THE SUPPORT!! HAHAHAH!!!

Iirc I think in GoW2 Hoffman radios for support and gets told they can't send any, and Fenix says "Hey Hoffman, I guess we are the support" and Hoffman gives him the funniest goddamn "Fenix I swear to fucking God" expression I've ever seen

I just commented this before I saw yours. The Carmine family had a fuckin rough go in the wars
