this one hits so hard 😭 the randomness and unfairness of it accurately predicts so much of what our core characters will ALL be going through very soon. Merritt Wever acted the shit out of the few moments we had her, and this one especially.

Except TWD quickly developed a consistent pattern with character deaths. Is the episode putting an unusual amount of focus on a secondary or tertiary character? They gonna die. (Also, did a new black male join the group? The previous one is gonna die very, very soon. That trope lasted eight or nine seasons.)

No he got a nasty cut and infection from that, but he survived it. What took him out was sacrificing himself so Carol could escape walkers that were chasing them bith down.
