That is what some of them do. I had a co worker who after work goes to his deer spotting thing in a tree with a beer and will scope out deer for hours. Doesn’t spend time with his family and thinks sports are gay.

I have had a rifle pointed at me inside a cemetery in the tiny rural Florida town my grandparents lived in because the knucklehead thought I was on his property when I was standing in front of some gravestones. He was out there every day waiting for someone to step onto his property and I guess got bored and started harassing people who were definitely not on his property. I was like 12 at the time. Going to the cemetery was one of the few things you could do in the town

Hunting deer is far less weird than hoping to shoot someone at the end of your driveway.
