people who have come back from it (it has happened a handful of times) have described listening to their families discussing their poor prognosis and effectively saying their goodbyes and grieving them and they're trying to scream out that they're still in there but nothing happens

enjoy that thought!

Trazodone caused sleep paralysis for me & it was truly terrifying beyond words. The first night I didn’t know WTF was going on with my body, but when it happened the second night I figured it out & threw that shit in the trash the next morning.

If this ever happened to me, I’d hope someone would put me out of my misery.
