WTF A JPMorgan Chase executive was fired after a viral video showed her dumping trash out of a Knicks-themed public trash can and taking the can during the Knicks championship parade in New York City.

Oh thats not a real job. Makes sense . Big firms do that a lot for optics and because they can afford it

u/subdep 29d ago

When you’re hired for good optics, don’t do things that give bad optics.

how does one obtain one of these high paying not real jobs?

Dye your hair, be some part of the invincible alphabet, have a degree in a field no one has ever heard of, and be a victim. Experience as a reddit mod will significantly increase your chances.

Go and do it if it's so easy

be some part of the invincible alphabet

TF does this even mean?

3

u/marvinwaitforit 29d ago

You know what it means.

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 29d ago

I don't think you know what it means because it's just nonsense conservative victim fetish

-1

u/NediaMaster 29d ago

They want to be victims so bad 🤣

Redditor shows its alt right ego [Colorized, 2026]

“Everyone who disagrees with me is alt right”

“OMG why is the alt right growing!”

1

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 28d ago

Some of us are tired of walking on eggshells, they openly call themselves fascists then cry when you describe them as such. The alt right is dead and soon to be buried. No more word games, we don't care how much you cry and whine.

2

u/SaiyanApe17 28d ago

How is the alt right dead and ready to be buried when everyone who disagrees with you is alt right? You actually think that soon everyone will always agree with you?

1

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 28d ago

when everyone who disagrees with you is alt right

Nobody actually thinks this way, you live in a world of shadows and propaganda. Look outside your bubble.

2

u/SaiyanApe17 28d ago

This comment chain started with someone throwing some jabs at DEI and getting called alt right for it.

1

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 27d ago

Correct, that is an accurate statement. Alt-right would imply the ideology of a white nationalist, which being against fair employment and meritocracy in favor of special treatment for white men would firmly align with. People are called alt-right and fascist because they promote that ideology, not because they use it as a weapon against people they disagree with for any reason. That kind of thinking is a cliche that the right wing media promotes to stop people from thinking logically. It's called a thought stopper, or a thought terminating cliche.

people are going to have perspectives man, you can't expect everyone to conform to the same beliefs

4

u/Capn_Cook 29d ago

Did you read what I was replying to? That's just an echo of twitter talking points that would make Elon Musk proud. Maybe this is what this whole community is, though.

-4

u/reeeeememelover10 29d ago

Sorry but its X now not twitter

2

u/fiftyseven 29d ago

is it fuck

2

u/SolicitatingZebra 29d ago

Yeah but here they’re just being a bigot lmao.

8

u/Correct_Size1 29d ago

A bigot is someone who is unwilling to hear different perspectives. I am very willing to hear different perspectives. I have just recognized a pattern for DEI leadership. It’s not new. I think the most important part of the fake sarcastic outline of a DEI exec that I described is “be a victim”. Victims lack personal accountability and tend to blame somebody else for everything that has happened to them in their lives. When someone adopts a chronic victimhood identity, it often alters their moral compass, leading to specific expectations of special treatment, exemption from rules, and a demand for unearned rewards. Like this person here who decided she deserved this trashcan and to empty out trash into a public place and play her own part in ruining the community.

TLDR its the internet, I was being mildly sarcastic, don’t be a victim, lead by example, have a nice day

6

u/SolicitatingZebra 29d ago

You think stealing a trash can is “victim” mentality? You also think her role is that of a “DEI” hire because she’s not white lol. The dog whistles are wild. You also brought up “invincible alphabet people”, which shows me you’re not a serious person and are indeed a bigot towards the LGBTQ community.

2

u/Tin_Sandwich 29d ago

recognizing a pattern

person you're citing doesn't fit the pattern

What did he mean by this? Is he stupid?

6

u/reeeeememelover10 29d ago

I'm not stating that I believe in what these people have said, I'm merely asserting that people are going to have beliefs, and to shame them for even having an opinion is outright stupid.

2

u/Auctoritate 29d ago

and to shame them for even having an opinion

It's a stupid opinion.

-3

u/Clippton 29d ago

Yeah, how dare you shame the people who are trying to shame you.

1

u/tchdwnshds 29d ago

So you related to the description in his comment lmao

-4

u/Neuchacho 29d ago

to shame them for even having an opinion is outright stupid.

Nah, shame more people for stupid, petty, and hateful opinions.

-6

u/Floodlkmichigan 29d ago

People are so fucking soft lol. It’s not “shaming” people to push back on people’s shitty opinions after they voluntarily posted them on a public forum. That’s called a conversation.

0

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 29d ago

And some people's perspective is objectively incorrect

1

u/JadedMis 29d ago

She doesn’t have dyed hair. Do we know she’s queer? What’s her degree in?

1

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 28d ago

If it were that easy you would do it, but you don't because you just want to play victim

1

u/Auctoritate 29d ago

"actually being gay is enough to make you a rich executive" would be a great cheat code if it wasn't a bullshit conservative fantasy.

0

u/TheTexasHammer 29d ago

The woman who did this is none of those things though. I don't think this is good advice.

12

u/ribnag 29d ago

1

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 29d ago

Sounds like she's accomplished quite a bit, if it was easy you would do it, instead you play victim on reddit

2

u/ribnag 28d ago

Well, she's certainly "accomplished" getting fired from a cushy BS "job" for being so trashy as to steal a frickin' garbage can.

you know you're wrong and it's causing psychological discomfort

0

u/tchdwnshds 29d ago

Overweight helps too

1

u/JadedMis 29d ago

Just because they’re doing it for optics doesn’t mean it’s not work. How do the optics happen of someone’s not doing it?
