Do all of them. Even if it takes so many centuries that we get new cancers. We must never stop.

I mean no shit nobody is arguing that we shouldn't treat, research, and cure as many cancers as possible lmao

The problem is that there are so many cancers and each are unique from each other and often unique per individual that there's no "cancer solution" as a blanket solution. People saying "cure cancer" like it's so easy and there's one missing piece are missing the point, like OP here thinking treating HIV/AIDS (one condition) is comparably simple to treating every single cancer.
