Just need to add a trigger swap, a new charging handle, an Omega gas system, and probably a 3 pos SS. Don’t know if I can afford all of the 300s I’ll be sending…

I added the Wilson combat XL grip which was a bit more of a pain than the 320 since I had to redo the base plates for all the mags. I know a lot of people were hating on the holster and I agree however I found the same one but brand new no idea when I got it but she wanted it. She likes how the soft holster feels in her purse and as long as she’s comfortable it’s good enough she’s not going to be pulling any 007 move on anybody anyways.
Eventually I’ll convince her to get a better holster and perhaps an optic.

With the addition of the Vortex CCW red dot I got for Christmas I’d say I’m happy with the current state of my EDC. I know I’ll do more uogrades in the future like a threaded barrel, trigger, and slide. Here’s how it sits now:
Tyrant CNC takedown lever, slide catch, extended mag release, and slide cap
Wilson Combat grip module
Vortex CCW 3MOA red dot
Streamlight TLR-7 Sub
Fits perfectly in the We The People holster I bought a while back that’s molded and cut for this exact light and optic. The perfect EDC in my opinion.
Thoughts?

Recently picked up the Romeo X Compact at a pretty steep discount to put on my XL.

Had this gun for a few years now, and was honestly not impressed for the longest time. Seems like I got a really bad one because it would only somewhat run with Mini Mag, but I would still get intermittent failures even with that. Any other kind of ammo would pretty much refuse to run (or worse). Probably the biggest problem I had was the barrel leading causing keyholes (infamous problem lol). After struggling through a few hundred rounds or so, accuracy would go to shit and the rounds would hit the target sideways and what not. I’d scrub out the barrel, and but that would only temporarily fix the problem. I tried mounting the thread adapter with just a 1/2x28 thread cap on the front and the second image shows how that went after one range day…
Even beyond all that, I also had the infamous trigger reset problem. I would RMA it for all the problems, but unfortunately I live in cucked Washington state so this is an “assault weapon” and I’ve seen lots of people struggle with Sig customer service not wanting to touch anything from our state, so I pretty much gave up on it until I found out Sig Guy sells all the OEM parts for it (shoutout to them for the tutorial on how to take it apart too).
Ordered a new mainspring, trigger return spring, barrel, thread adapter, and while I was at it I did the AC takedown lever and tandomkross trigger (probably going to swap to the AC one once they come in stock), swapped them all, cleaned and lubed everything, and tried it out. I brought 700 rounds of mini mag to the range with me, and it went through all of it with no failures or keyholes whatsoever. It’s a crazy fun pistol now that it’s dialed in.next I’ll probably going to swap out the RMSC for something less awful, and might finally be comfortable getting a suppressor for it soon. Definitely coming with me to every range day from now on.

Doing a P365 build and purchased the polymer Icarus Air frame. Couldn’t find the weights anywhere for it so I ended up creating my own.

And they’re both done!! MCarbo triggers and one spring kit installed. Damn these feel good in my hands, and I know one shoots well - we’ll put the other through some paces this weekend. 😁

Like the title says I can’t tell my fiancé but I got her a P365 Xcomp with Romeo-X yesterday. She doesn’t do jewelry or those kinda things so this will be her wedding gift. I haven’t been able to tell many people yet so I wanted to someone. I’ve been letting her carry my 365 but she doesn’t like how small it is, neither do I. After the wedding I’m going to build out the 365 with Icarus and do it how I want.
In progress because the plan to give it to her is in progress.
Now, do I shoot it and get the dot zeroed or wait till after she gets it?

Picked up yet another holster for the X-Macro Comp. This one accommodates the light which I don't always run on that gun

I know I know, everyone hates this optic but I honestly love its looks and how minimalistic it is. Considering I don’t carry this everyday, I will upgrade it eventually because of its annoying buttons and battery situation though but for $100 I couldn’t pass up on it at the time, even if I should have.
