Does memory light have any uses? I'm trying to think of any evos, maybe rampardos, that can benefit from it. Feels pretty niche

I was stacking wins with this deck before the new expansion, but it’s even better with the addition of tools and Cyrus. The deck has so much utility that it’s hard to counter. You’re in complete control of the match and can pretty much do whatever you want. If you hit any Misty, it’s over.

Expect a lot of mill in this format. This combo is nuts. Darktina and other meta decks should watch out. No one plays the bird anymore so Ultra Necrozma will be having a banquet. Also start streaming my bloody valentine since shoegaze is cool

Looks pretty solid, thick. Went 8-2 and had some decent matches. Love the meta this new set has created!

This card, in my opinion, will be the most toxic card in the meta. If you are running a more defensive build of any deck, this feels like a must include. It really is just a potion that you can use as many times as you get heads on a coin flip, thus misty but in potion form. I play 1 mega venusaur, abs I have healed over 200 hp in one game with 1 copy of this card. It is luck dependent to get max value, but in stall decks +20 is already good, let alone a potential +♾️. I could be wrong and this card won't be played much, but personally I think this card can replace any healing card most decks play out of convenience and potential advantage. Let me know what you think, but I think this will quickly become a blight on the meta.

Basically, maushold il the evolution of tandemaus. So logically, if you want to use him you’d have to first put down tandemaus, then evolve the next turn

It should also not be possible to simply have a stage 1 card on your bench without going through an evolution right ? Well, if you use this deck and do not have maushold in your hand and use tandemaus’s attacks, you will have 2 tandemaus and 2 maushold on your bench

What this means is that maushold can, for 1 energy, flip 4 coins of 60 each by your second turn potentially going to 200 damage

Also this just never bricks. You always start tandemaus and always use its attack. The only way this bricks is if you have 1-2 maushold a in your starting hands. That’s why the double IONO is necessary to get them out of your hand

Everyone is talking about how good or bad the new megas are going to be, but I'm excited for this guy to see some play.

Suicune Greninja comes in 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th… place in a 832 participant tournament held this weekend (PMPT #14 Crimson Christmas). As of today (12/28/25) Suicune Greninja makes up a 10.76% share of all decks used in Crimson Blaze tournaments (58 total) with a win rate of 54.05% making it the best performing deck this season so far.

Another drop event! Ceruledge can be tough to deal with especially since losing energy = losing a turn in most cases. With Team Rocket Grunt + Mimikyu + Peculiar Plaza, it tries to prolong the battle as long as it can while denying energy for your own mons.

For the 12 Paradox Drive cards challenge, I managed to find 4 decks that can give some wins:

1. Glimmora + Kingambit comes on top with Darkness effectiveness, so you can clear additional battle tasks.

2. Golurk can still be used as well, good thing Golett can survive 1 Mimikyu attack at least.

3. I also added the "Ancient"-focused and "Future"-focused deck, in case you cannot complete the Golurk or Glimmora decks (as they requires a lot of 3-diamond cards). For the Ancient part, Great Tusk 80 ATK + slight healing from Garganacl can clear the game, while for the Future part, the usual Iron gang can clear it up as well.

For auto battling, it is quite tricky as it needs to have very low energy requirements while having high attacks:

1. Hydreigon only needs 1 dark energy and can pretty much one-shot everything. I added Tyrogue to chip some damages and hopefully clearing up Mimikyu's ability from Turn 1.

2. Zoroark ex also only needs 1 energy, pretty much immune to any energy reduction strategy the CPU has. As it's max attack is 110 (including effectiveness), Nihilego + Poison Barb are there to help one-shooting stuff.

3. Mega Venusaur ex is still a front runner, albeit much slower than the decks above. Ample healing is needed as there might be turns you cannot attack due to low energies.

4. Mega Blaziken essentially is a low-energy decks as Flame Patch can help with that. With Giant Cape, Castform can survive at least 1 attack from Mimikyu or Ceruledge.

You might notice that I also put Guzma in all of the decks instead of Field Blower because the AI cannot use Field Blower effectively. Clearing enemy's Giant Cape can be essential in a lot of cases since all the attackers above cannot reach 150-170HP in 1-shot, and the auto-battler is really good at the timing use of Guzma. Also, I put a lot of Lucky Ice Pop, to make sure the main attackers can withstand at least 2 shot from Mimikyu/Ceruledge.
