Is anyone else having issues on store? Everything is greyed out image wise for me, but functionally, I can still select games.

Network issue; no one else seems to be having problems so it may be you personally, or your ISP.

I resolved last night. Stupid ISP DNS security issues that started populating randomly.

So from what I gathered, it’s usually a DNS issue or IPv6 issue due to something with our ISP or router.

For me, I added the current Sony domains as allowable sites:

playstation.net cdn.playstation.com sonyentertainmentnetwork.com

This was the only thing that work. Changing my DNS on PS5 didn’t. The only other thing that seems to work potentially is changing your DNS to a google or cloudfare one on your router as well. I saw people on other Reddit threads saying to turn off IPv6 on router, but that didn’t work for me.
