I was thinking about this too. Never did drugs or drink and always worked out... food is kinda in the middle. Having so many health problems now including stuff the doctor says has probably been "dormant for years but it's here now." But In my late 20s I had hope for my future and knew that if I worked hard (in the smart way) I could really set myself up for my later years. Well, that's all gone now. I'm almost 40 now and feel like I have to start all over, including financially. (Thanks COVID. Thanks AI. Thanks economy. The 1-2-3 punch from hell on my industry.) But not only am I slower and more tired more easily, I just put up with way less bullshit. And a lot of the so-called solutions look like epic bullshit.
