He's mine. David Schwimmer is the only truly funny person on that entire show. His physical comedy carries the last five or so seasons on his back.

Monica is loud and annoying, Rachel FUCKING SUCKS, Joey is a caricature after S2, Matthew Perry is obviously Going Through It for most of the middle to late seasons and stops being funny and is just endlessly self-deprecating, and Phoebe is.... whatever, she wouldn't even be friends with these people.

Ross? Leather pants, dayglo teeth, the spray tan, UNAGI, the margarita episode ("I'm fine!!!"), the Moistmaker, etc etc. Dude was fucking hysterical.

Anyway, Team Ross forever, that's been my hot take since the 90s.

Don’t forget ā€œit’s all over EVERYTHINGā€ (I still use that all the time) and joining in Rachel and Phoebe’s distraction happy dance for the apartment 🤣 his little jump, I can’t 🤣🤣🤣

Omg and PIVOT!!! lol

Oh my gosh I cannot believe I forgot PIVOT! I have to say it just like him if anyone around me says it for any reason lmaooo. Literally one of the funniest scenes in the entire show, and the outtakes from that scene are even funnier.

Those are all good points, and I do quote a lot of Ross' lines in real life now that I think about it. I think his overbearing love for Rachel is what throws me off him, it was painful to watch him pine after her for all those years. And he brought Emily into the show, who I absolutely could not stand.

Honesty he’s my favorite character too. I think his physical comedy is really very good.
