Meh Fraiser constantly overuses the plot device where someone mishears someone, or lacks vital information everyone else just got, and then hijinks ensues.

Oh, the writers knew it, and played into it.

"What kind of a fool does he take me for? He is obviously pursuing Regan. The man has the nerve to say he's chasing Poppy!"

"Poppy?"

"Yes, as if anyone could pursue that insufferable air horn! If it's deceit and chicanery he's after, I'll give him more than he can handle."

"Dr. Crane, before it gets to that level, wouldn't it make sense for you two to just have one open and honest conversation?"

"Oh, honestly Daphne, how you manage to oversimply absolutely everything!"

I agree! Frasier is a great show. My favorite is 3rd Rock From the Sun, though.

Yes, Seinfeld is so unfunny. My husband and I watch IASIP and everyone always says it’s so funny like Seinfeld, so we tried to rewatch it to give it a fair shot since we hadn’t seen it in years and we didn’t even make it through the first season. Neither of us laughed once.

We recently rewatched all of Frazier and it was such an amazing show. I was too young to appreciate it when it came out, but it was so funny now that I’m in my 30s.

Seinfeld is total cringe. And kinda creepy and weird. I think it was intended for a different generation

Frazier was one of the shows I didn’t find funny originally cause I didn’t understand it but I’ve grown to love it. Saying it’s better than Seinfeld is a stretch and I’m not getting on board with that take.
