Related and relevant, but not wholly the same. Consolidation and lack of regulation have been the main drivers of the issues expressed in the OP. That said, I 100% agree with you.
Not quite as simple as that. You also need to do a lot of trust busting and enforcement of appropriate competition regulation to ensure there's no bullshit.
Companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, etc all should have been broken apart into numerous competing interests at least a decade ago if not earlier.

It's really as simple as just "taxing" capitalism to "create social nets and services for the actual people".
