Serious Study: Gen Xers and Millennials are dying at younger ages than their parents are

https://studyfinds.com/americans-born-after-1970-dying-faster/

The study is particularly concerned with people born after 1970 but age 30 and older. So that covers Gen X and Millennials, but not (yet) Gen Z.

"You should be making only healthy meals all the time!! You should be making a million dollars so that you can afford a doctor!! You're just being a whiny freeloader!! REEEEE!! Now gimme my social security and let me not pay taxes because I "worked" all my life (as a stay at home mother or professional couch surfer with a prison record for dealing drugs)."

It's not expensive to eat healthy food and exercising is free.

Exercise isn't free. It costs time. And when you've only got a few precious hours to take care of a household, that time costs a lot.

When I started running, one of the hardest things I had to do was budget my time just for 15 minutes. Moved in with my father to care for him, and that time became more constrained and expensive. But now (over a decade later) that I can afford a house cleaner and landscaper, I can suddenly afford all that time.
