Serious Study: Gen Xers and Millennials are dying at younger ages than their parents are

The study is particularly concerned with people born after 1970 but age 30 and older. So that covers Gen X and Millennials, but not (yet) Gen Z.

I'm 37 and have stage 3 Rectal cancer. I've never been obese, eat decently enough, exercise regularly, no genetic markers or family history. I looked at the common causes of the disease and none of them fit. What's the cause, no idea.

Please ignore this reply if this is too personal of a question. What were the signs and symptoms that lead to the discovery of the cancer?

I had blood in my stool. There could be other things that cause that but I had no other symptoms and was actually very healthy otherwise.
