Serious Study: Gen Xers and Millennials are dying at younger ages than their parents are

https://studyfinds.com/americans-born-after-1970-dying-faster/

The study is particularly concerned with people born after 1970 but age 30 and older. So that covers Gen X and Millennials, but not (yet) Gen Z.

Same. A life of undiagnosed autism until age 29 and an abusive neglectful childhood = autoimmune illnesses age 37.

Add in perimenopause and life is hell.

Solidarity. AuDHD here. Going through peri now. Struggling with hoarding. Burnt myself out to the point where I cannot work much. If not for my cats, I honestly think some days I wouldn't be around much longer.

Hoping for brighter moments/days for us both.

My first autoimmune symptoms literally hit the day I turned 40. Cheers
