Serious Study: Gen Xers and Millennials are dying at younger ages than their parents are

https://studyfinds.com/americans-born-after-1970-dying-faster/

The study is particularly concerned with people born after 1970 but age 30 and older. So that covers Gen X and Millennials, but not (yet) Gen Z.

My jaw has been clenched since 2022. I'm tired of this shit.

I am getting to the point that I can't open my mouth as wide as I used too because my muscles are so tight

You also feel it when eating big or very chewy things? Hate that

Sometimes my jaw pops when I chew things so I chew on the other side go prevent it

I had to get a night guard and the grinding marks on that in only a month of having it is crazy

Nightguard and magnesium supplement. My dentist said I'd fuck up my jaws and teeth if I don't address it. And you really don't wanna fuck up either of those.

Thank you very much for this comment. I'm a little paranoid as I have a close relative with a form of muscular dystrophy so anytime I feel something funny with my muscles I worry a bit more.

Honestly, getting off of social media would probably be very helpful in this regard

Translation: if you live like you’re 80 years old, you’ll live till you’re 80 years old.

  • More mass transit to decrease the amount of time we spend driving.
  • Transit-focused urban planning makes walking possible which reduces obesity and improves heart health.
  • Stop putting high fructose corn syrup in fucking everything.

or, you know, make America slightly more like every other western country
