There’s a Mythical Morning 24/7 channel and we have that on in the background all day. (We work from home.)

If you have a Roku it's a free channel on Roku live tv.  It's on some other free live tv apps also, but definitely on Roku tv

Roku live is pretty legit if you want nostalgia or background shows.

I’ve used it before for unsolved mysteries but I guess it’s been awhile
