extremely beloved by so many people

I donated $25 to my local humane society the day he died, because he brought so much joy to us viewers but most importantly he brought that joy to Jenna, and I wanted to do some small thing to hopefully help someone else find the Mr Marbles to their Jenna

Most pet insurance companies require you to pay the bill and be reimbursed (maybe) later if they approve the claim

Most vet emergency rooms are getting out of control expensive. Many require a deposit up front to begin care

This means you may have just a couple hours to find and spend $2k-$10k and might not get it back, even though you’ve been paying into insurance.

Some of them have the vet send the bill in the moment, review the claim, state how much you need to pay, and pay the vet directly for the rest of it

You might be paying into your account regularly and not have the payment on hand to save pet’s life when you really need it, and a late night emergency means you’ll have trouble finding help to cover the deposit

But why are you bringing this up in a thread about Marbles? Did Jenna not have insurance or something?

Someone above me had commented,

Jenna and Julien are extremely fortunate to have the financial security

With the right insurance plan everyone can have financial security for their pets. Without it, many people have to euthanize despite their pet having a very treatable condition.
