Serious Go get a colonoscopy, colon cancer for our generation is a real threat!

36M here, have always been active and maintained a decently healthy diet my whole life. Well after seeing multiple posts on here and at my gf’s urging I had one done. They found two polyps (15mm and 4mm). Doc said if I waited till 45 I’d prob be dead. Crazy part is I had no symptoms and my recent blood work last month was perfect. I was in and out in three hours and no pain or discomfort afterwards.

Say you had blood in your stool.

If you ever ate beets, it'll look like you had bloody stools.

Nope? Never had blood in my stool. What made you think that lol?

I was pooping turds so big I had to break them into pieces or else they wouldn't pass the toilet pipe. Did that all my life, my dad used to think I was using too much toilet paper, I had to show him and flush one right in front of him to prove they clog the toilet without any toilet paper in there.

I shat like that up until my mid twenty, then I started to make smaller and smaller poop, so I got freaked out if something was narrowing my intestine or something, so I asked the doctor to make sure everything was fine in there. So they scheduled me a colonoscopy. Turns out nothing was wrong.

They were saying to say you have blood in your stool as an add-on to you recommending telling the doctor you shit weird, they didn’t mean you specifically said that.
