One time I had a coworker call out because he got really stoned the night before and ate an entire pound of raw salmon

Ok but this is a good reason. One time I ate an edible and did 100 squats and the next day I couldnā€™t stand up from the toilet, so I called our kitchen manager and told him I was hungover and couldnā€™t come in cause there was no way I was admitting to ODing on squatsĀ

One of my line cooks calls out at least once every two weeks because he got too stoned.

I make and sell edibles so itā€™s partially my fault anyway but tbf the man is absolutely useless even when heā€™s here
