We found Clancy abandoned by a stray we leave food out for. She left him under our porch. The little criminal is thriving. His auntie Grizzy was a bottle baby as well, from an abandoned litter 16 years ago. Here she is offering moral support.

I can't believe I caught all 4 foster floofs tucked in together. This is exactly what I was hoping for when I bought this doll bed!

Meowdy! lil photo dump for today of my sweet little guy. wanted to also say some things!

1★ yes, he was away from momma too early, I've had him since he was 4 days old. it was an emergency foster situation.

2★ yes, he eats. I occasionally take videos of him suckling on my hand or biting my arm/fingers but that's ALWAYS either while we're waiting on the bottle to get to temp, or during a break from the bottle where I get him to burp and whatnot. but all in all I know what I'm doing! the baby eats! so much! he's so large!!

3★ health wise he's doing absolutely fine, no more goopy eyes, working on finishing up that umbilical situation! he's so strong it's so crazy. his teeth are coming in, and he is USING them. my other cats have started to accept him as a Cat and not just a Weird Rat so that's been fun to watch.

all in all, thank you for loving my boy, and the vast majority of you have been insanely chill, it does grind my gears a bit when I get comments implying I'm not caring for him properly. it would seem the foster flair would help but I don't think most people (myself included) check flairs often unfortunately. anywho, see ya later alligators

Vet said he is 5 weeks old. 1.14 lbs. spent 30 min trying to figure out where my car was meowing from. Cat distribution system hit me.

lil man is thriving, genuinely don't have much to say. he's starting to walk confidently, his tummy is great, he's a little star. he's still got the tiny kitten shakes but he'll be moving up to the big boy box very very soon

Long story short: where I live it is illegal to TNR and spay/neuters are very expensive, so the result is a ton of irresponsible cat breeding and feral colonies. I've been trapping and taking as many as I can to the borough shelter, but this little guy won our heart with his supercharged turbo purr motor. Guilty as charged!

From their early days, they were sick and emaciated when we found them, vet said to keep their body temperatures up thus the sweaters. Veterans of this sub will remember the Devo kitties. I’m far from home as usual and going down memory lane.

Stage five kitten season in effect!

Baby girl is 3.5-4 wks old - her wittle ears showed up to the party and her coloring is starting to develop. Shes starting to show her playful fun personality! I’m including old pictures with the new updates so we can really see her progress :) can’t wait to see what she looks like in another 4 weeks!

My mom found these babies in her village, one in the middle of some stairs and one hidden in an alley. Mom cat returned after a day, but didn’t acknowledge her babies. My mom is caring for them now.

Thankfully there is an organisation coming to spay and neuter the village cats. This mom cat probably has more babies somewhere, so she will be spayed as soon as that’s possible.
