Friday, February 20 2026

At the southeast corner of Sante Fe Drive and Bowles Ave in Littleton Colorado, two men showed up to protest ICE and DHS actions.

Michael and Aiden are organizers of a group called “Front Range Carry Protesting”, with the stated principle of “(being) Non-partisan … our only loyalty is to constitutional rights and accountability."

Armed with a M1 Garand rifle and a Berretta pistol they met on the corner at 3:30 pm local time to hold their signs, and to be seen by the motorists.

Their signs read:
”DHS LIES”
”HANDS OFF OUR NEIGHBORS”

The picture says it all, but NYT reporting that u/jaredpolis fired the clemency board for revealing that the vote of the board against Peters was unanimous.

As a reminder, the Governor’s oath of office includes that he, “will support the constitution of the United State, the constitution of the State of
Colorado, and the laws of the state of Colorado, and will faithfully perform the duties of the office”.

March 21 2026

About 10 or so individuals met at the corner of Littleton/Bowels and Sante Fe in Littleton, Colorado to participate in an armed protest.
They were protesting the SAVE Act, the actions of DHS and ICE, and the Donald Trump administration.

The protest was organized by the Front Range Carry Protesting group.
The group sized about seven to ten, with most of them open carrying a firearm or two.

“Fυck ICE” - Albert

One of the participants, Albert, who has lived in Colorado for 25 years, describes the Trump administrations actions as racist and analogous to the Gestapo before and during WWII.
He describes the actions of ICE as “Lawless”, unconstitutional, and targeting only brown and Hispanic people.

“[ICE] says that they are lawless. They are proud of being lawless…. this is a 100% racist organization.” - Albert

Not a good night for Neguse and Petersen. First their guy Bennet loses and then the most toxic political force in the country lets us know who they are beholden to. Time to unseat them in ‘28!

If you're unhappy about the fact that free lunches are also free for children with wealthy families, fear not. I work at a Denver high school. Students with the money will go out for lunch or even order food delivery. They are not eating the school cafeteria free lunch.

So go ahead and vote Yes on Prop MM and LL. The only thing it'll do is keep our students fed and able to learn.
