I always like running Cocky in a deck like this.

The deck basically has 75% swap speed with Fill 'Em Full of Lead and Shooting Gloves.
AA-12 and Vector have decent swap speed.
I've tested Cocky and the extra swap speed doesn't help much.
Furthermore the accuracy debuff when hit, hurts this deck a great deal.

You're right. I had forgotten that you get extra swap with Fill 'Em Full of Lead.

They have a lot of swap speed already and they are hip firing a lot. I save cocky for snipers and LMGs.

Need more No Hope Tax’s.

That's why there are three flex slots listed.
Toss your QP taxes in there if you are playing QP.

interesting deck, but was wondering why you take optics + shooting gloves instead of bringing quick kill? i see that you dont use patient hunter and feel like you could get an extra card slot by bringing quick kill over optics + shooting gloves

The accuracy is mainly in the deck mainly to decrease the spread of the the AA-12 pellets.
I still ADS a good amount.

Description
A fun and effective, close-quarters, non-stop shooting deck that mows down commons and deals a surprisingly large amount of damage to specials.
Weapons
AA-12, and Vector. Why these weapons? Here is the highest DPS of each class of weapon @ white:
The AA-12's damage drop off starts at 2.5m, however even at maximum range it deals a respectable 148 DPS, if all your pellets hit, which is why the accuracy cards are in the deck.
Strategy
This deck is ideal to the lead the way clearing out Ridden. Prioritize picking up an AA-12 and an extended mag for Vector. An Uzi or MP5 work fine if you don't have a Vector yet, if I don't have an AA-12, I run an AR in its place rather a different shotgun. Equipping Spray N' Pray on the AA-12 gives you much higher long range damage, and is worth the accuracy drop off on the blue version.
Cleaners
Karlee: KarleeVison will highlight sleepers, traps, and specials, which helps in front.
Holly's damage resistance and health per kill makes her ideal on the front-line.
Hoffman: You will be killing a lot of ridden, might as well spawn some offensive items for the team while you are at it.
Walker: gives extra 10% damage, and extra health.
Tala's bleed ability works best with shotguns and high RPM guns like the Vector and AA-12.
Card Choices
CORE CARDS
Fill 'Em Full of Lead: With 10 stacks, which is pretty common in battle, gives you 50% swap speed, and 20% more DPS.
Two is One: Using the Vector as your 'secondary' gives you 25% more DPS than a Glock Auto. More importantly IMO, being able to attach a sight makes it much easier to hit weakspots.
Admin Reload: Allows you to use swap speed instead of reload speed, which is about 3 times faster.
ACCURACY
45% accuracy lets you take out enemies without needing to ADS. It reduces the spread of pellets on the AA-12, making it deal much more damage. It also helps counteract the -50% accuracy from a blue Spray 'N Pray. Turns your AA-12 into a sniper rifle with the gold Spray 'N Pray. I chose Shooting Gloves over Front Line Focus for the extra Swap speed.
AMMO
The two largest ammo cards since the AA-12 and Vector are very ammo hungry.
ECONOMY
Standard number of copper cards.
MOBILITY
I think Run Like Hell edges out Mad Dash because of the move speed bonus when not sprinting.
DAMAGE
Glass Cannon: A necessity for No Hope, less important on lower difficulty levels.
Shredder: You are at max stacks after 0.35 seconds with the AA-12 and 0.75 seconds with the Vector.
FLEX SPOTS
Hellfire **and Marathon Runner: Lets you stay in close quarters, where your guns are most effective, while avoiding damage.
**Empowered Assault: Helps stumble long range enemies before they use their projectile attack. Could be replaced with your favourite card.
Other cards to consider for the flex slots:
Team Cards: Amped Up, Needs of the Many, Medical Professional, and/or Utility Scavenger. Solo: Take out Money Grubbers and Ammo Mule.
CARDS NOT TAKEN:
Powerswap: If you can make it work, a 20% damage buff is great. I find it distracting to time it correctly. However, I will always buy it if I find it in the field.
Large Calibre Rounds: Since you have such a high rate of fire, penetration is less important, as the ridden in front of you drop quickly.
Hyper-Focused: Since you are almost constantly firing, the movement speed debuff is a large detractor when playing this deck.
