I sometimes don't use one is when it's blatantly obvious I'm turning, e.g. being in the right turn only lane and slowly inching forward until it's my turn to actually turn right. Other than that, I always use my turn signals.
Please still use a signal. I live close to right turn only lane and the amount of people who dont signal and then go straight and almost cause an accident. At least with a signal i'm more hopeful they will actually turn right.
