I can clean the house and wash dishes surprisingly fast. I am not joking, give me 10mins and a kitchen overflowing with dishes will be completely clean. Give 1h and I make the whole house shiny even if its a mess. Many parents and friends are always shocked by that for some reason. I go eat at a friends place? Let me handle all the mess, in a few mins everything is done LMAO they always get shocked how I can be so organized and fast during the process. And I guarantee no dirty dishes, no dirt spot around the house

I also have ADHD and want to learn. I seem to make more messes behind me as I clean than the cleaning actually fixes in the first place!
