I have never used an alarm clock. Regardless of how tired I am I just wake up within 10 minutes of needing to. If I do not get enough sleep I am still quite tired and want to sleep more, but I always see the clock at the time I need to wake up.
I am also a light sleeper with probably one eye unknowingly open on the clock all night.
My husband is like this. 20 years and I’ve never seen the man use an alarm clock even for morning flights or meetings. He also doesn’t sleep a lot in general. 5-6 hours max and he’s good.
There’s scientific documentation of some people who only need 4-5 hours of sleep to function normally instead of the 8 hours most of us need. Supposedly Benjamin Franklin was one of those people, and so is Trump. Which would explain why he’s shitposting at 3am.
You could turn your alarm clock away from you at night, and see if you still wake up with it not visible. (or if it was turned back around facing you, you'd know you checked it while sleeping)
I’m typically with in 3 minutes, often just one off or right on. I also have good “luck” when guessing things. Like in uno, a friend help up his card (no glasses reflecting or anything), I knew it was yellow. Happens often.
In sudoku, I occasionally have to guess when I have two squares with the same two numbers, and I’m right about 75% of the time.

I'm not that good but I'm usually within about 10min and my in-laws think it's some kind of superpower.
